Euphoria Case Study

Because I had complete control over this film, I chose to step outside of my comfort zone and create an opening sequence consisting solely of body shots and extreme close-ups of facial characteristics. I feel this will generate a suspenseful meaning and entice my intended audience to want to see more of my film. The project I'm working on was inspired by HBO's hit series Euphoria. I've only seen a few episodes of this show, but it's quite graphic in ways I can't explain; nonetheless, I really admire how the directors established meaning in this film; it was quite dramatic and suspenseful.
